Ideally, you will be comfortable handling a diverse range of matters in property, with support from an expert team. The work will include: Sales and purchases of all types property Landlord and tenant Development work Exposure to a range of specialist sectors, in the context of property law Whilst c. 2 years experience in property law is essential, it is not necessary to have experience in specialist sectors, but a willingness to learn and get stuck in is really important. With strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload, you will thrive within this team. As well as giving support to the team, you will be given training to constantly ensure you are evolving and developing for the next stage of your career.
