Role Description
This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Building Control Inspector located in the Sussex Area with flexibility to work from home. The applicant will be able to work as a separate contractor/sub‑contractor and charge an agreed fee for each project.
The role is ideal for a building inspector who wants to work on an 'as and when' basis taking each job as it comes. The applicant will conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and the building regulations. The role will include site visits, assessing building structures, and ensuring adherence to national standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Building Inspections and Site Inspections
* Knowledge of the regulations and Code Enforcement
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmentHolding relevant industry certifications or qualifications
