Job Description
3. Oversee and manage the collection of outstanding invoices from clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and client communications.
5. Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments in a timely manner.
6. Prepare reports on outstanding debts and provide regular updates to the finance team.
7. Support the Accounting & Finance department with account reconciliation tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control procedures.
9. Assist in identifying and mitigating potential credit risks.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the invoicing and payment process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role.
12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
15. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
16. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
