The Role
As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you’ll work closely with all internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will provide world‑class service and support to our valued clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Handle customer orders and enquiries via phone and email.
* Keep customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule.
* Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints.
* Accurately raise orders in our system.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
* Administrative tasks as the role requires.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams.
* Any other reasonable request that supports the business.
* Your job title does not limit your duties, and the Company may require you from time to time to undertake any other duties within your capability.
