Role Overview
The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in-store by leading the team, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service and shopping experience.
Responsibilities
1. Management: Motivate staff, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and maintain high customer service standards.
2. Sales Goals: Achieve counter and service sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstration, and booking appointments.
3. Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings (training provided).
4. Teamwork: Conduct daily meetings, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
5. Promotion & Events: Organize in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
6. Stock & Communication: Ensure stock levels are maintained and communicate effectively with management.
7. Administration & Scheduling: Complete administrative tasks and staff rotas timely.
8. Hygiene & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
