In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:
1. Leading the development of the global category strategy for $350+ million in spend while ensuring alignment with the business requirements of all segments.
2. Leading a team of regional category managers located across multiple geographies.
3. Leading and sponsoring sourcing events at both a global and regional level, partnering with procurement business partners, R&D and Agile squads.
4. Managing projects across multiple regions and ABUs including sourcing events, category initiatives, best practice sharing, data mining, etc..
5. Supporting team members in developing key supplier relationships, escalating and resolving supplier continuity issues, planning SRM connections and value/innovation discussions.
6. Leading in the creation and maintenance of category knowledge and processes to ensure category strategies are informed, relevant and up to date
7. Monitoring supplier performance tracking to drive service, quality and cost improvements, as well as reduce risk across the enterprise.
8. Identifying and evaluating new suppliers, while building trust and credibility with all suppliers by demonstrating integrity, commitment and results orientation to drive and deliver results.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, supply chain or related discipline
10. 10+ years’ experience in Procurement or other related function.
11. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to communicate up and across the organization
12. Cross functional collaboration and influencing, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Ability to work independently in heavily matrixed organization
14. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Salary Range: 157,720 – 194,760 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
