A Lettings Negotiator is required for Hunters' client, a successful and independent property agency in Brighton with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Tenant enquiries
* Booking viewings
* Conducting viewings
* Discussing applications with landlords
* Submitting referencing
* Check ins
* Maintenance management
The Ideal Candidate
* Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
* Professional, ambitious and eager to learn
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
* Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Full, clean UK driving licence
