Job Description A pioneering AI company with ambitious global growth plans is looking for a Growth Marketer to join their team in Central London!

Salary: Up to £85,000 + 20% bonus + share options.

Main responsibilities:

Lead and execute growth experiments across the funnel
Own and track the growth backlog and performance metrics
Drive global demand through channels like PPC, paid social, and campaigns
Build a scalable, data-driven growth engine
Develop reporting to turn insights into action
Be an early GTM team member with leadership potential
Support hiring as the team scales

Your profile:

HubSpot experience is a must
Proven experience in fast-paced environment, whether in a high-growth B2B startup, scale up or consulting. Experience in open-source or AI/ML is a strong bonus.
Creative growth mindset —you think beyond playbooks, test bold ideas, and deliver measurable results.
Automation-savvy —fluent in data and always looking to streamline, optimize, and scale.
Hands-on and adaptable —comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving fast, and getting things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
