CRM Manager | Remote First | £60,000 to £65,000

You will take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from first engagement through to conversion, using data, insight and automation to create smarter, more personalised experiences. The role is remote first, with occasional meet‑ups in the South East, offering flexibility without losing connection.


What you will be doing

* Owning and developing the CRM and lead nurture strategy end to end
* Shaping and improving the customer journey across multiple touchpoints
* Leading the ongoing optimisation of Salesforce and Pardot, making sure they are used to their full potential
* Designing automated, data‑driven CRM journeys that genuinely impact engagement and conversion
* Working closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales and digital
* Laying the foundations for future team growth as CRM capability scales

Essential experience

Please note, Salesforce and Pardot experience is essential. Applications without both will not be considered.


You will need:

* Proven experience owning and delivering CRM and lead nurture programmes
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce and Pardot
* Strong data and analytical capability
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
* A mindset focused on improvement, growth and long‑term impact
