Contracts Administrator Band 4
Location: Craigavon
Contract: Temporary up to 30/09/2025
About the Role
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager and assist in the procurement and administration of Estates service and maintenance contracts.
Qualifications and Experience
* HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 year of experience in a clerical/administrative role
* OR 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years of experience in a clerical/administrative role, at least 1 in contracts administration
* OR 3 years of experience in a clerical/administrative role, at least 1 in contracts administration
Skills and Requirements
* Experience in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word
* Valid UK driving license and access to a car, unless disability prohibits driving but access to approved transport is available
