Job Description
An FP & A Analyst/Finance Business Partner is being sought by an established and growing manufacturing business based in the Lymington area. This is an exciting new opportunity working as part of a close knit team, reporting to the Finance Director and liaising with the CEO. You will need to deliver accurate insights, reporting and forecasting to enable decision making and meet targets.Responsibilities include:Providing cover for key activities of the Management Accountant when absentReconcile monthly inter-company accountsLiaising with departmental managers to maintain and develop management reporting and develop and implement operational change Promote and facilitate the importance of accurate data collection and processing on ERPInvestigate and report on areas suitable for cost reductionsProvide suggestions for driving business improvements Assisting in preparing annual budgets and re-forecast Manage product pricing lists and offer insights to ensure accurate pricingDeliver monthly business performance reports including variance v.budget/previous yearProduce ad-hoc analysisBuild and maintain financial models for planning and profitability analysisSuitable CandidateQualified preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Knowledge of Sage 50, ERP systems, Power BI Strong/Advanced Level ExcelPrevious experience in manufacturing or engineeringExcellent analytical skills and previous experience in an FP&A or Finance Business Partner roleBenefitsGood working environment2 days to work from home or fully office based if preferredLonger hours can be worked to get early finish on Friday24 days holiday (ability to buy/sell up to 3 days)PensionDiscounted GymOn site Parking+ MoreIf you are ready to take your next career step and like the sound of this role, please get in touch with us or make an application on line.
