Reed Accountancy are recruiting for Credit Controller on a THREE MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
This role is hybrid; current model is four days working from home one day in the office per week.
Main duties
* Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email..
* Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accurate allocation of receipts.
* Reduce aged debt and meet monthly cash collection targets.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
* Resolve invoice disputes.
* Provide customers with copy invoices, statements, and supporting documentation as required.
* Prepare weekly debtor reports.
* Escalate problem accounts following company procedures.
* Record all communication and maintain accurate notes.
* Support with month-end processes including reconciliations and audit requests.
This role is a 3-month fixed term contract – may be a little longer.
You will be proactive resilient, and results driven, team player with a can-do attitude.
Salary is circa £40,000 FTE.
Monday to Friday – Hybrid – 4-days, work from home, one day office based.
