Associate/Senior Associate - Non Contentious Construction
TSR Legal are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded legal team based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have significant experience in non-contentious matters and will be confident advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory work. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing clear and pragmatic advice, and maintaining strong client relationships. A collaborative approach is essential, as you will also contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and the supervision of more junior lawyers where appropriate.
Applicants should be qualified in England and Wales with at least 4 years post qualification experience, with a strong academic background and a proven track record in non-contentious legal work. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
