Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess an good eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Duties
* Invoice processing to a high level of accuracy
* Group email mailbox management
* Scanning and filing documents
* Adhoc tasks in the office and around Norwich
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Experience with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a busy office environment
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
