Base pay range
Managing Director – Business Services
Location: North West and national travel, UK
Contract: Permanent, Base salary + Bonus + Car
Are you an ambitious and inspiring leader with the drive to scale a business and deliver exceptional results? We’re partnering with a medium sized business services company entering an exciting growth phase.
This is a high-potential organisation, and as Managing Director, you’ll lead the business through its next stage of expansion, working closely with the CEO and a talented leadership team. Your focus will be on strategic growth, operational excellence, and commercial performance, ensuring the business achieves ambitious targets and creates long-term value.

* Execute the growth strategy that maximises market opportunities.
* Inspire and develop a high-performing team across all functions.
* Drive commercial success, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, and diversification.
* Active involvement in customer relationships and business growth.
Qualifications
* Proven track record as a Managing Director or senior leader in business services or a similar environment of scaling growth in a blue collar industry.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Expertise in scaling businesses and delivering transformational growth.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
