Job Summary
As a Wedding Planner, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating unforgettable events that celebrate love and commitment. Your expertise will guide couples through the intricate process of planning their special day, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged. You will collaborate with various vendors, manage timelines, and provide exceptional guest services to create a seamless experience for clients and their guests.
This is a commission based role in addition to annual salary.
Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding.
* Develop comprehensive wedding plans that include venue selection, catering, decor, and entertainment.
* Coordinate with vendors such as florists, photographers, and caterers to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
* Manage timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
* Provide guidance on upselling additional services or products that enhance the wedding experience.
* Oversee the setup and breakdown of events on the day of the wedding.
* Address any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the event day with professionalism and poise.
* Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the planning process to keep them informed and engaged.
