ARCA Resourcing is working on behalf of a pioneering engineering company delivering cutting-edge solutions across high-performance, safety-critical sectors. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring timely, on-budget execution aligned to business objectives.
As the strategic link between Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Exec Leadership, you’ll oversee scope, budget, risk, planning and stakeholder alignment across full project lifecycles. You’ll also coach a growing project team and champion continuous improvement through best-in-class delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own project delivery from initial engagement through to successful closure
* Collaborate with planners to create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Lead cross-functional teams and vendor coordination
* Track milestones, manage risk and scope changes, and maintain governance tools
* Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
* Support the development of a junior Project Manager
* Champion data-driven decision-making and post-project reviews
Ideal Background:
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline
* Proven experience leading engineering or technical projects
* Strong working knowledge of project delivery frameworks (e.g., MS Project, Prince2)
* Experience in regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace)
* Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder, and leadership skills
