A ranked Legal 500 law firm located close to Orpington are recruiting a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor/Partner of 5 years PQE. More junior candidates will be considered. You will be handling a broad range of commercial property transactions for both developers and investor clients, landlord and tenant matters. Typical deals include sales and purchases, non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions, option and promotion agreements and other commercial property matters.
