A new Project Director position has just arrived in London!
1. Contract type: Permanent
2. Salary: DOE £100,000 - £117,000pa + Car Allowance & Package

The Company
A progressive and well respected M&E Contractor is recruiting for a self motivated Project Director who has experience in running £20mil MEP projects from cradle to grave. My client is a Tier 1 Contractor known for quality and has an excellent reputation in the industry.
The Role
You will be responsible for the management of large installation teams along with subcontract packages
Your role will include but not be limited to:
4. Report directly to the Construction Director.
5. Follow and amend programmes of works in line with the annual programme set out by the Contracts Manager & Commercial Manager.
6. Manage resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme.
7. Control subcontract packages.
8. Health & safety management and promotion in line with the company policies and procedures.
9. Regularly review project scope with Design teams and Project Managers to report progress against the programme.
10. Attend site progress meetings.
11. Create and maintain accurate site reports.
12. Quality inspections.
About You
13. You will have gained circa 3+ years experience as a Project Manager within the build environment working directly as an M&E Contractor
14. Be able to control subcontract packages.
15. Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
16. Recent and relevant experience.
17. Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
