Duties of a sales office administrator
* Answering telephones
* Booking in deliveries
* Exporting Parcels
* Using product codes to look up products
* Process sales orders
* Responding to queries
* Speaking with customers
* Using Sage 50 software
* Working with Microsoft spreadsheets
Applicants must
* Have worked within a sales office environment
* Have used Sage 50 in previous roles
* Worked with Microsoft systems
Preffered
* Worked within a manufacturing industry previously
