Overview
Audit Digital Careers - School Leaver - Manchester - January 2026. Start date: 12 January 2026. Role based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is a full-time opportunity with RSM UK, part of a global network of audit, tax and consulting firms. RSM emphasises professional excellence, client data analytics, and continuous learning. This role is designed for individuals starting their career in audit analytics and technology-enabled auditing.

Responsibilities
* Designing, building, and maintaining in-house applications for standardized audit procedures
* Developing sector-specific analytics solutions for industries such as retail, manufacturing, and financial services
* Executing complex, tailored analytical procedures for specific audit engagements
* Developing innovative testing approaches for non-standard scenarios
* Collaborating with regional teams to understand local requirements and drive tool adoption
* Engaging with audit teams to promote analytics solutions and demonstrate value-add opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
* Holding a minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
* Demonstrating strong analytical problem-solving abilities
* Showing a keen interest in technology and data analytics
* Effective communication and collaboration with others
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Adaptability and a willingness to learn to support ongoing professional growth
* Academic background in mathematics, computer science, economics, finance, or related fields would be beneficial but not essential
* Experience with data analysis tools (Alteryx, SQL, Python) would be beneficial but not essential
