In this role, you'll add a sprinkle of joy by crafting tasty ice creams and dreamy sundaes, serving up smiles with every treat! Key Responsibilities - Scoop, prepare, and serve delicious ice creams and sundaes, ensuring each treat is beautifully presented. - Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting guests with flavour choices and providing helpful answers about menu items. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the counter, service areas, and seating spaces, upholding high hygiene standards. - Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Requirements - Previous experience as an Ice Cream Assistant is a plus, but not essential. - Experience in a customer-facing or food service role is beneficial. - Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. To meet the requirements, candidates must be 18 years and over and hold a Full Clean Driving License
