Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
This is a truly rewarding opportunity to support a group of independent and vibrant individuals who live in their own self-contained apartments, with access to a shared lounge and kitchen where they love to socialise, cook, and relax together.
The people we support enjoy:
9. Trips to the seaside and meals out
10. Studying, job-seeking, and working towards personal goals
11. Spending time with their favourite support workers
12. Living life on their own terms, with choice and independence at the heart of everything
You’ll be part of a close-knit, experienced team who are passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and empowering environment. The service is led by a fantastic Service Leader and is known for its warm, welcoming culture.
This role is hands-on and dynamic — you’ll need to be calm, resilient, and confident in supporting people with emotional needs and behaviours that can be verbally or physically challenging. But you’ll also be part of something truly special: helping people live their best lives, every single day.
We’re looking for people who can work 22.5 hours or more per week, including at least one sleep-in shift.
Your values:
You don’t need previous experience in care to be a great Support Worker — what matters most is your values and your passion for helping others.
We’re looking for people who are:
13. 💛 Compassionate, empathetic, and sensitive to others
14. 💪 Resilient, patient, and determined
15. 🤝 Honest, reliable, and hardworking
16. 🌟 Fun, friendly, and full of positive energy
Whether you’ve worked in care before, supported a loved one, or are simply someone who wants to make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.
