Platinum Employment are looking for Care Home Chefs in Hull to support a local care home. This is an ongoing temporary assignment covering a vacancy up to 40 hours a week in Hull that offers great benefits and a supportive agency, we want to hear from you!

Regular work with alternate weekends required.As the care home Chef you will be:
Working with a Kitchen Assistant cooking for 21 residents in a complex care home.
Working 3-4 days a week, 08:00 -18:00.
Using your IDDSI knowledge into the food, following all dietary requirements including diabetic.
Bringing your valuable experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment.
Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen team.
Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals that meet individual children needs and preferences, including dietary requirements.
Back office duties.
Ensuring the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.What do you need?
IDDSI training
Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
Food Allergen Certificate
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
