Our client is a global leader in the production of wood-based panels, delivering innovative solutions that enhance living spaces and commercial environments. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to join the team.
This pivotal role will focus on driving the growth and promotion of the whole range, with a particular focus on Design, working closely with the distribution network to support and enable pull-through sales.
Main duties and responsibilities.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the marketing strategy for the company. Ensuring a clear and comprehensive brand is set across all markets that we operate in. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong emphasis on brand management, lead generation, and market growth across multiple regions.
Main Duties
Strategic Marketing Leadership, developing and leading the marketing strategy, in line with the overall business goals.
Brand Management and Positioning, supporting the central marketing team in the development and maintenance of the Company's brand.
Market Research and Analysis, analysing and providing in-depth knowledge on trends, customer needs and competition.
Lead Generation and Demand Generation
Digital and Traditional Marketing Management, support trade fairs and the Design Center with materials and resources.
Team Leadership, providing leadership to a small team, giving structure and direction with the opportunity for career development.
Stakeholder Engagement, engagement with internal teams as well as customers and partners in developing the Kronospan brand.
Budget and Resource Management, provide reports and ROI on campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of the Furniture or Flooring markets.
Proven experience of building a successful commercial brand and driving sales through marketing initiatives
3+ years of leading a marketing team for a global brand
Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills
Ability to track and work within a budget
Utilise good negotiation skills with suppliers
Core Microsoft office skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
