Salary: up to £25,500 Depending on Experience
Holidays: 25 days & Bank Holidays
Location: Oldswan
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week (including Saturdays)
Main Responsibilities to Include:
1. Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the best experience.
2. Jewellery & Pawnbroking Sales: Leverage your expertise in jewellery sales and pawnbroking services to drive growth.
3. Store Presentation: Creative input for eye-catching window displays and store setup.
4. Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
5. Flexible: Adapt to changes in working hours and days off.
6. Cleanliness & Stocking: Ensure the store remains tidy, and assist with stock management.
7. IT & Marketing: Use social media and IT skills to engage customers and promote the business online.
8. Upselling & Revenue Growth:
