Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
Implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
