Our client, a large professional services organisation is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team in either of their offices - Basingstoke or Farnham.

The role is a hybrid role based in the firm's Basingstoke or Farnham offices. Some travel to the firm's other offices in England will be required so a drivers license is necessary.
This role would suit an applicant with strong organisational skills who is looking to build their career in the learning and development space.
Role responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and support the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the firm, ensuring training programs run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to schedule, plan, and organize training sessions and workshops.
3. Maintain accurate training records and ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training is tracked and up to date.
4. Support the onboarding and induction process by arranging training for new starters and monitoring early learning progress.
5. Support the L&D team in planning company-wide development initiatives and talent programs.
