We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Client Advisor to join our established, client-focused broking team in Reading. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, looking to build on existing knowledge and develop new skills in a continuous improvement environment.
We will count on you to:
* Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business through contract reviews and midterm changes.
* Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met to agreed standards.
* Handle day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to drive growth.
* Maintain compliance with professional and transparency standards while staying informed on market conditions.
What you need to have:
* Strong business development skills.
* Broad commercial insurance knowledge or experience in related areas such as Contingency and Products & Public Liability insurance.
* Experience in policy document drafting.
* Ambitious and a proactive team contributor.
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
