We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations and deliver high-quality food services. The role involves menu planning, food preparation, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and food service delivery

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
* Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Essential Requirements
* Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* City & Guilds 706 Level 1/2 or NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery
