Overview

Responsibilities

Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant and events environment.
* Extensive culinary experience with a strong focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
