We are recruiting an experienced and events-focused Head Chef to lead the culinary operation at a multi-outlet live events venue in Yorkshire! The venue features restaurants, kiosks, premium hospitality spaces and lounges, offering real variety and pace! The Head Chef would have full autonomy over their menu, with the expectation of 50 to 100 covers per day in Yorkshire.
The offer
1. Up to £45,000 basic salary.

The role
7. Lead the full kitchen operation across multiple primarily across the restaurant.
8. Manage a small core kitchen team, supported by casual chefs for major events.
9. Oversee kitchen organisation, food standards, hygiene and service delivery
10. Work collaboratively on menu development, with some shared input alongside an Executive Chef.

16. Proven experience as a Head Chef within events, arenas, stadia, large venues, hotels or restaurants.
