Requirements
The duties involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal employment offer is made by East Ayrshire Council.
Note: PVG records are continuously updated. Any relevant information disclosed will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent full-time position based at Kilmarnock Academy, with 35 hours per week, scheduled at the line manager’s discretion. The salary range is £40,305 to £50,589 per annum.
