On 14th May 2025, we're taking off our Chef whites and turning to Recruitment, and we want to meet Chefs of all levels who are looking to grow their career at one of our standout venues in St Andrews or Broughty Ferry.

You'll run the show, shape the menus, drive performance and bring high standards and high energy.
Sous Chef - The glue of the kitchen. You'll support the Head Chef, lead services, and help coach and develop the team.
Junior Sous Chef - You've got the experience and ambition. Chef de Partie - You're the engine of the kitchen. You know your section inside out and keep quality tight no matter the pressure.
Commis Chef - Hungry to learn and happy to graft. Apprentice Chef - No skills yet? If you've got passion, we've got the tools to help you build a career.
