Role Purpose
Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery.
Responsibilities
* Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN.
* Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments.
* Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties when required.
* Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary.
* Produce appropriate Migration documentation.
Skill Set And Experience
* Customer engagement and interaction skills.
* Ability to generate quality documentation.
* Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP‑VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions.
* Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI.
* Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing.
* General networking, LAN, WAN, MERAKI, WAN to LAN integration, QoS along with general access and security controls.
