The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by Managing Director Mark Smith, we have built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large scale projects up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position overseeing projects valued between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, involved in all project phases from Pre-Construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years of Site Management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
* Experience in people management and excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills and at least an SMSTS qualification
