RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, developing and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver unexpected and extraordinary customer experiences. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance-driven culture Foster a People First environment by proactively addressing team needs, removing obstacles, and partnering with Field Leadership and the People Team to support growth, performance, and well-being Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions, from hiring and development to performance management and career transitions, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team. Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports the Outlet vision for quality, safety, and operational excellence Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation OUR REQUIREMENTS 5 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift and move items up to 25 kg, using proper equipment and safety techniques Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
