Job Title: Gateperson / Traffic Marshal
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Rate: £16.50 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 18 Months
Start: Immediate
Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Gateperson / Traffic Marshal to join a long-term construction project in Lewes, East Sussex. This is a key role in maintaining the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and deliveries in and out of a busy site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all site traffic and deliveries
Coordinate vehicle movements to ensure safe and efficient access and egress
Maintain security and log all vehicles entering/exiting the site
Communicate clearly with drivers, site staff, and management
Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar Gateperson / Traffic Marshal role
Valid CSCS card
Traffic Banksman qualification
Two recent references from similar roles
Strong awareness of site safety
