Salary: £26,403 - £27,694 Pro Rata | Gradd 4

West Monmouth School is a successful 11 - 16 school. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Level 2 Teaching Assistant.
The contracted hours of work will be 30 hrs per week. The key requirements for each position including:
* the ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required
* excellent communication skills, including IT
* Level 2 English and Mathematics
* an excellent understanding of how to support teaching and learning effectively
* a good understanding of how to support the development of behaviour, emotional and social skills
* the ability to sensitively support personal care needs of learners as required
