Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting the sales team with key activities relating to customer service and office administration. This will involve direct contact with existing and prospective customers and working closely with area sales managers and other key staff to grow sales.
Key responsibilities include:
* Progressing and developing new sales leads internally via phone & email
* Daily contact with existing and prospective customers
* Daily telephone & email contact with customers, sales team and partners
* Input and maintenance of key sales support systems such as Sage
* Entry of incoming sales orders to SAGE
* Desk-based research to obtain key information for new customers
* General office administration
