Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm | Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm | No weekend work
Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per year + bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Frontline Recruitment is working with a growing and ambitious business in Nottingham to recruit a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Generating new business through proactive outbound calls and lead generation
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and commercial customers
* Following up on quotations and converting them into confirmed orders
* Growing customer accounts through upselling and repeat business
* Monitoring and converting abandoned online baskets into sales opportunities
* Managing inbound enquiries and turning them into revenue
* Using internal systems (CRM, Shopify, and order platforms) to track performance
* Liaising with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and product availability
Requirements
* Highly motivated and target-driven
* Commercially focused with a strong desire to grow revenue
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Comfortable making outbound sales calls
* Organised and confident using CRM systems and internal tools
* Proactive, resilient, and results-driven
