Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. This role plays a key part in managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent administrative support to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Entry of customer orders onto our sales order processing system.
2. Transferring sales order paperwork into production paperwork for the factory.
3. Liaising with customers and suppliers and our own factory in a courteous and timeous fashion reference technical questions, pricing and deliveries.
4. Ensuring accuracy of order management and reporting systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

5. Good I.T. skills
6. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
9. Flexibility – the ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most is crucial.
10. Tact, discretion, and good judgment.
11. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
12. Proactive and able to use own initiative.
13. A strong desire to learn and develop
14. Team player – collaborative and supportive of colleagues.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 39 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm.
