Position Overview:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. This role plays a key part in managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent administrative support to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Entry of customer orders onto our sales order processing system.
2. Transferring sales order paperwork into production paperwork for the factory.
3. Liaising with customers and suppliers and our own factory in a courteous and timeous fashion reference technical questions, pricing and deliveries.
4. Ensuring accuracy of order management and reporting systems.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 39 hours per week. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm.
