A great opportunity for an Engineering Contract Manager to join a big name in the maintenance sector who continues to grow as a major player in the market. With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career.
Looking after a portfolio of 4 commercial sites in the City London, you will be reporting into an Area General Manager responsible for a contract value of circa £1mn, managing the P&L and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management.

Key duties & Responsibilities
1. Running Profit and Loss (P&L)
2. Managing KPI and SLA's.
3. Technical supporting both the client and the engineering team
4. Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
5. Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
6. Attending client meetings
7. Dealing with client's requirements including additional projects / works
