CTM UHB is seeking an exceptional senior nurse to lead our critical care service at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital with vision, integrity and clinical excellence.
As Senior nurse for critical care, you will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across our critical care units
Champion high standards of patient care, safety and experience
Support and develop nursing teams to deliver excellence in acute and complex care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and service improvement
Lead on quality assurance, governance and workforce planning
As a Senior Nurse joining CTM UHB, you will be enrolled in the newly launched Band 8a Nursing Leadership Programme. You will also receive the updated Senior Nurse Handbook and be supported through a competency-based framework. In addition, you will have monthly one-to-one meetings with the Lead Nurse for your directorate to provide ongoing guidance and support.

We are looking for a registered nurse who has:
Substantial experience in critical care.
Proven leadership skills and a passion for empowering others.
Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
