What you’ll do
Lead operations across multiple sites delivering products and services that hit financial and performance targets.
Set superior modes of working across teams and raise performance standards across the board.
Manage logistics fulfilment and supply chain partnerships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Oversee service and support teams including installation calibration and maintenance engineers.
Own quality processes ensuring conformance to ISO standards and industry accreditations.
Coordinate IT security, health and safety and facilities management to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll need
Degree‑level education in Engineering with strong experience in Manufacturing Precision or Quality environments.
Proven track record in scaling operations with hands‑on leadership across logistics, supply chain and delivery functions.
Experience leading engineers at the coalface installation, calibration and service.
Excellent communicator able to turn complex technical information into clear simple directions.
