NetDevOps Engineer
Contract Length: 3 Months (Long term extensions)
Work Type: 100% Remote
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Interview Process: 2-stage interview, MS Teams
We’re supporting a major network transformation project and require an experienced NetDevOps Engineer to help modernise and automate their network infrastructure across On-Prem and Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Automate and orchestrate network changes using Itential in hybrid environments
* Upgrade and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
* Support CI/CD practices in network operations
* Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams
* Ensure network reliability, compliance, and performance
Required Skills:
* Strong experience with Itential Automation Platform (IAP)
* Deep understanding of on-premise networking and public cloud environments (AWS AND Azure)
* Scripting & automation: Python, Ansible, Netconf/Restconf
* Experience working in regulated, enterprise environments
* Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise settings
* Knowledge of SDN, Zero Trust, and network security principles
