Based in Birmingham city centre, you'll cover the Wolverhampton and surrounding residential market. We work in auction cycles, meaning that at each phase of the cycle, you'll be involved in a varied mix of activities.
As well as generating new business, conducting valuations and viewings you will be:
Supporting marketing activity and preparing materials
Assisting with bid applications, AML processes and attending all auction events
Taking part in filming days and media opportunities, including Homes Under the Hammer and Bond Wolfe social media
Attending networking and industry events
Why Join Us?
Because here, people matter.
You'll be valued, supported, have a voice, and be treated as an individual, not a number.
Growth and development are encouraged through ongoing learning.
A varied workload where no two days are the same.
No micromanagement, just a strong team of industry professionals you can learn from and lean on
We perform strongly in all economic conditions, offering long-term stability and job security.
What We're Looking For

You may be earlier in your property career, or more experienced and looking for a role with more variety, and excitement. This will suit you if you enjoy being trusted to get on with your work rather, than feeling restricted or boxed into a narrow remit.
You'll hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have access to your own car as well as enjoy:
• Selling property and are naturally approachable, genuine, and people-focused
• Generating new business in a professional way
• Developing long-term relationships and take pride in delivering excellent customer service
• Being organised and able to work at pace, managing your own diary
• Being part of a team, not a number
