Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Were looking for a Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE registered) to join us as a Structual Engineer. This role focuses on structural aspects of the Principal Engineer duty holder, as defined by the Building Safety Regulator under the Building Safety Act 2022. Youll lead the design and delivery of rooftop telecom solutions on High Risk Buildings (18m or 7 storeys with residential units). Key tasks include ensuring designs meet regulations, managing risks, collaborating with teams, and maintaining compliance. Youll also mentor junior engineers, promote sustainability, and uphold high safety standards throughout every project phase. What youll do: Were looking for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with ICE or IStructE, with 5 years post-chartership experience in HRBs or similar structures. Youll need an MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering, solid knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, and a proven track record in designing HRBs (18m or 7 storeys). Key skills include structural analysis, regulatory compliance, leadership, and problem-solving. Bonus if youve got fire engineering or sustainable design experience or are on the HRB Register.
