About the role We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst, responsible for analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into functional requirements. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. About you Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Stakeholder management and facilitation skills Attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping. Document functional/non‑functional requirements and produce BRDs, user stories, and use cases. Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and digital solutions. Work with IT and development teams to translate requirements into system designs and support testing/UAT. Communicate effectively between business and technical teams, presenting insights and ensuring project alignment. Analyse data, create reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support informed decision‑making. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis. Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent is a plus.
