Lettings Negotiator - Edgbaston - up to £28k basic £38k OTE Monday to Friday

This is truly a superb opportunity to join this leading Lettings agent who specialise in both Student and Residential Lettings across the Birmingham area. Due to increasing growth within the business, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team in Edgbaston who will be encouraged to progress their career within the company.
Main Duties for the Lettings Negotiator Role:
* Handling telephone and email enquiries
* Speaking to applicants and booking viewings
* Arrange and accompany viewings
* Negotiate offers between landlord and applicant
* Dealing with applications, referencing and preparing move in files
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Landlord and Tenant/Tenancy Law.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
